Pia And Stanley....A Love Story ❤️

It was a beautiful night in the fall season, The date was November 22, 2008 to be exact when two souls would meet for the very first time not knowing they would spend the rest of their lives together. Pia And Stanley both were invited to a group hangout at BBQs restaurant that night, it wasn't love at first sight. However something magical sparked between them two. As the night came to an end they were both curious to know each other more and see where things would go. In Pia mind Stanley was a handsome guy and he told her she was was pretty with beautiful hair before they went their separate ways that night.

They started dating and as time went on they were getting to know each other better and falling in love.  After being with each other for 3 years while on vacation in Puerto Rico, the day after Pia birthday Stanley said a few words on how much he loves and appreciate her and want to spend the rest of his life with her. Before you know it Stanley was on one knee with a box in his hands asking the love of his life "Pia Would You Marry Me?"  Pia was so surprised and hysterical it took forever for her to respond but of course her answer was "YES".

What made Stanley so special to Pia was the fact he wasn't a quitter, no matter how rough it gets he always keeps on trying to make her smile. (And that's how it should be my confident dolls). The fact that he is thoughtful and always remembers the little things brings joy  to her heart. Pia knew early on Stanley was the one for her, the way he caters to her and treated her like the Queen she was meant the world to her. He put her first in his thoughts and goes out his way like a real man is suppose to. The way he treats her is how all men are suppose to treat their lady and I agree.

They were engaged for 2 years and it took about a year and a half to plan the wedding of their dreams. On May 1st, 2014 their special day came where they would come together as one. Luckily for me I was there to witness it, prior to the wedding I didn't know neither one of them. No I wasn't part of a wedding crasher, I went with my boyfriend which knew them personally. The vows ceremony was outside, it was so beautiful. As everyone took their seats and the ceremony started I just knew it was going to be magical. As the music started Pia came walking down the aisle with her father, joy filled my heart. As she walked towards Stanley, I saw  the love he had for her in his eyes. My boyfriend looked at me and said " I know you're going to cry" Lol he knows me so well but I couldn't help it. As they exchange their vows everyone was in tears. It was so special and heartfelt. It was so amazing seeing two people deeply in love sharing their love for one another and making the commitment they had no idea the night of November 22, 2008 would bring them.

                (Father & Daughter)
After the ceremony everyone went inside for appetizers, to mingle and for drinks after about an hour or so everyone was to told to go upstairs where the celebration would take place. When I walked in the room it was absolutely breath taking. From the decor, the cake, everything was beautiful. The host was off the hook, he made everybody get up and dance our butts off. I know I was getting down, I had a good time on the dance floor. There was a PhotoBooth which I thought was fun and unique. EVERYTHING was just beautiful, I was so happy and thankful to have been one of their guest to witness one of the most important days of their lives. I asked Pia if she could change one thing about the wedding what would she do differently. She said "I wished I would of spend more time in the PhotoBooth and dance more but as long as my guests had fun, then that's what counts" and I had fun ☺️

At times we go through things in the past making us feel as if we will never find our true love for us to marry and spend the rest of our lives with. Even after I endure  many broken hearts in the past I never gave up on love. I always believed I was just dealing with some frogs and my true prince would find me in due time. Iam in love with the idea of being in love and my faith made me believe. When I met my boyfriend that I am with now, I was broken. I didn't even want to give him a chance but he was patient with me and he made me believe in love again. I allowed him to heal my heart and he did. Now Iam in love with him so never give up on love and don't ever think you aren't good enough for someone to love you and spend the rest of their lives with you. We are all capable of love and we all deserve true love.
(One Of The Best Parts Of The Night)

I asked Pia what would she tell someone scared to be in love and she simply said " Don't be scared to be in love..love is a beautiful thing, and yes there will be some hard times,  as long as the good outweighs the  bad, then you will be fine. But you have to give it a shot,  life is too short to not try something out due to fear" and I totally agree with her. If I had the fear of being in love again I wouldn't be with the person Iam with now. All those unhappy days I shared with my frogs, I am now sharing happy days with my prince. Some may wonder how do I know Iam with my prince now, you're right I don't know where my future will go but I never felt like this for no one else and we're just perfect for each other. I have high hope for us and when you think positive thoughts with someone, everything will follow.

No relationship is perfect, don't look at Pia and Stanley and say to yourself " I wish I could have what they have". You don't know what they went through while being with each other. We tend to look at others wishing we had what they have when most of the times that person don't even want to be in that relationship anymore. When building a relationship with someone build it for you and that person, not no one else. I also asked Pia since Relationships Aren't Perfect, What is one thing that kept you guys going?! What is one thing that you can tell other couples to keep going when it gets tough?! She answered " Relationships are hard..in fact, its a full time job! However, the one thing that kept us going was the love we have for one another. Its deep, beyond words..and as long as the love Is there, then we will always work out. Also,  communicate is KEY! U never hold back how I'm feeling so if something is bothering me, I get it off my chest right away..if you let it linger, then you will reach your breaking point and explode and that' can cause damage. To all the couples out there, when it gets tough, pray! Ask God to lead u and help you and communicate your feelings to your partner, no matter what! And as long as the good outweighs the bad, then you're ok. Nobody Is perfect, so allow room for improvement, and have realistic expectations. Be fair!"  She's right commutation is KEY, never be afraid to speak your mind and tell your partner what's wrong and prayer do heal all.

My confident dolls believe in love, I want you to know that you are beautiful inside and out and someone out there if you haven't met him yet is dying to meet you. This is why I wanted to share Pia and Stanley love story to make you realize True Love still exists and if you believe it does then My Queen I can't wait to get a wedding invitation to your special day.
                    (Myself And Pia)

Last but not least Pia Confidence Is You because "Confidence is me because I've learned to believe in myself, believe that I can do/be anyone I want...because I have a wonderful husband who is my biggest  fan and believes in me, sometimes more than I believe in myself. Confidence is me because I am unique, there is no one out there exactly like me."

Thank you Pia and Stanley for sharing your story with Confidence Is You, Thank You for making us all believe in love again. Thank You and I wish you both nothing but the best on this amazing journey of love together.

       Happy 1 Month Anniversary ❤️

A Confident Love From Me To You
